[Title] Fellowship Program for Quirino Provincial Policy Practitioners and Community Leaders

1. Duration: May 10 (Sun.) - May 23 (Sat.), 2015

2. Objectives

To develop capacity for implementing successfully the Quirino Integrated Agricultural Development Project(QIADP) by sharing and learning the knowledge and experience in agricultural and rural development, especially Korea's Saemaul Undong Program;

To become familiar with the paradigm and mechanism of Korea's rural development program, especially of Saemaul Undong(New Village Movement);

To learn the techniques and methodology of programming and implementing rural development projects and programs;

To enhance mutual understanding and establishing cooperative partnership between the two countries.

20 agricultural and rural policy practitioners and community leaders of Quirino Provincial Government and QIADP beneficiary Barangays(Districts) from Philippine:
